Pre-Camp Checklist September 1 - Camp registration online -- DONE, We are registered at Camp Hunt for June 25-30, Campsite: HOPI Spring - Scoutmaster Orientation - details at trappertrails.org/precamp -- Did not attend but I'm familiar with Camp Hunt 16 weeks before camp - Parent’s night conducted to inform parents of camp plans -- I would really like to do this. Let me know what day and time works for you 12 weeks - Leadership arranged, two-deep leadership at all times -- In the works April 30 - 50% fees are due to Trapper Trails -- DONE, paid 50% for 12 youth and 2 adults May 1 - Online merit badge registration opens -- DONE, see Facebook post. Let me know we need to make any changes. 8 weeks - Remind parents that all camp attendees need health forms -- Physicals are good for 1 year.
